Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2014-MEN’S WEAR
Milan Fashion Week, as always, was surely a huge hit this time too.
Designers like Gucci, Prada, Armani, John Varvatos, Missoni, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Neil Barrett, Jil Sander, Etro, Salvatore, Ferragamo, Zegna, Dolce & Gabbana, DSquared2, Franlie Morello, Vivienne Westwood, and a few more, made the Milan Fashion Week for Spring Summer 2014 a great success.
Seasonal and trendy shades marked the prominent trends in men’s wear, across suitings, separates and sportswear inspired fashion. Deep Ink and midnight shades, warm russets and sensual teals, distinctive black and white looks, freshness of the new neutrals, serene blue tones and silver gray, all showed a very strong and crisp color presence in Milan Fashion Week.
Structural and oversized silhouettes with clean lines, deconstructed layering and geometric inspirations provided a fresh perspective to silhoettes on the runway. Prints and patterns were a known hit too. This time they got visible both on top wear and bottom wear and created a great visual impact. With good use of graphic prints, tropical moods, mixed geometrics, subtle abstracts and architectural patterns, everything looked very up to date and awe-inspiring. Have a look at the pictures below.
